Welcome to Cherish Your Mind Therapy

Welcome!  Have you benefited somewhat from previous talking therapy, but still believe deeper healing and change are possible? Are you interested in the body-mind connection? Are you now seeking a new approach?

I believe talking therapy is helpful - and also that talking alone is not always enough. Many of the techniques I use are somatic (body-based) forms of therapy which bring the body into the conversation between us. Specifically, I use energy psychology as my primary modality, with the majority of my clients seeking me out for my expertise in this area. Together we will focus on your health and healing using a fully integrated mind, body, spirit approach.

My credentials? I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP). In addition to my Batchelor’s and Master’s degrees, I hold a certificate in energy psychotherapy (2013 - 2014), and I am a certified Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) practitioner (2017).
